RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our product and therefore want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days of your order so we can help you return the product for a product refund. Returns must include the product and the order number to be refunded. After 30-days from the order date, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted, and refunds are no longer issued. Elite Epigenetics is not responsible for the payment of return shipments on domestic and international orders. International returns must be returned by the customer, and a refund will be honored only after the product it is received by Elite Epigenetics. Any orders that are left unclaimed or abandoned in customs will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-7 business days. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Shipping charges and the cost of return shipping are not eligible for refund.
